Kecemasan dapat terlihat pada 60-80% pasien sebelum operasi. Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) merupakan inovasi yang menyediakan sistem berbasis bukti untuk meningkatkan hasil kelahiran, pemulihan fungsional dan pengalaman pasien Sectio Caesarea (SC). Konseling dan edukasi yang diberikan sebelum ERACS dapat mempengaruhi presepsi ibu sehingga dapat mengurangi kecemasan sebelum dilakukan penghentian. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasan ibu pre-sectionio caesarea dengan metode ERACS dan non ERACS. Studi komparatif menggunakan pendekatan Cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden metode ERACS dan 32 responden metode non-ERACS. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon�mann whitney. Pada metode ERACS sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan sedang yakni sebanyak 14 orang (43,8%), sedangkan pada metode non-ERACS sebagian besar memiliki kecemasan ringan yakni 18 orang (45%). Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai ρ = 0,004 <α = 0,05 maka terdapat perbedaan kecemasan pada ibu pra-SC metode ERACS dan non-ERACS.
